All About Bobbie

Bobbie Foedisch is Founding Partner and Chief Social Selling Officer at All About Leverage LLC, a Philadelphia-based social selling and door-opening firm. She is also a national key-note speaker and trainer for All About Leverage, LLC where she serves as the head of the Business Development Department, as well as the Head of the Training Department.

Bobbie specializes in helping executives as well as sales & marketing teams maximize client acquisition through the intersection of face-to-face networking combined with social selling techniques. Her customized programs and processes not only help in building the right network of prospects, clients, referral partners, and centers of influence, but also provide techniques to become thought leaders in their industry and stay top of mind with their targets.


Bobbie started her career managing multiple restaurants in the Greater Philadelphia area, ranging from $5 million in sales to $50 million in sales, including running the operations as well as the marketing campaigns and programs. Bobbie then moved on to operational management with box retailers, including merchandising responsibilities, before moving to a lead business development position with a Philadelphia Training Company, focused on FDA compliance. With the experience gained in operations, sales, and marketing, Bobbie then hung her first shingle as an entrepreneur and business owner. This is where she developed her love of all things social media and social selling, and developed the very process that she teaches to the business development community today. And so All About Leverage was born, unintentional but remarkably successful.

Bobbie is the author of “The 190 Rule for Integrated Social Selling” as well as dozens of blogs on LinkedIn, Twitter, Hootsuite, Social Selling, and modern networking. She is currently working on a series of books that will follow “The 190 Rule for Integrated Social Selling” and break down each chapter into it’s own book – focusing on each piece as a part of the whole. Bobbie speaks to Chambers and Networking Groups, and has presented at numerous associations as well as annual company meetings and sales kick-off meetings.
